- Recommendation: We strongly recommend booking well in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding seasons.
3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
- Ownership: All photographs, videos, and creative content produced by PIXMANIA remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in your contract.
- Client Usage: Clients receive usage rights for personal and promotional purposes as agreed upon.
- Prohibition: Unauthorized editing, resale, or reproduction of our work without written permission from PIXMANIA is strictly prohibited.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Governing Document: In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, terms regarding refunds and rescheduling will be governed solely by your signed contract.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they cover initial administrative and scheduling commitments made to secure your date.
