Services
PIXMANIA provides professional wedding photography and cinematography services,
including but not limited to pre-wedding shoots, event coverage, film editing, and live
streaming. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing details will be clearly outlined in a
separate written contract at the time of booking.
Booking & Payment
To confirm your booking, a deposit is required as specified in your contract. This deposit
secures your date and our team’s commitment to your event. The remaining balance and
payment schedule will also be defined in the agreement. We recommend booking well in
advance to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding seasons.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, and creative content produced by PIXMANIA remain our
intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in your contract. Clients receive
usage rights for personal and promotional purposes as agreed upon. Unauthorized editing,
resale, or reproduction of our work without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation & Refunds
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, terms regarding refunds and rescheduling will be
governed by your signed contract. Please note that deposits are generally
non-refundable, as they cover initial administrative and scheduling commitments. However,
we always strive to accommodate date changes when possible.
Liability
While we make every effort to ensure the highest level of professionalism and quality,
PIXMANIA shall not be held liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control —
including equipment failure, weather conditions, or events that may prevent service delivery.
In such cases, we will take all reasonable measures to minimize disruption or provide
alternatives.
